Two ways in
| Route | Best for | Response time |
|---|---|---|
| The chat, bottom right | Short questions, troubleshooting, "does this mean what I think" | Usually straight away when someone is there |
| Email, redaktion@iptv-fakta.se | Corrections, sources, longer questions | Within a few working days |
The chat is provided by an external supplier and is described in the privacy policy, which is published in Swedish.
What we are glad to answer
- Technical questions. What an error message means, why the programme guide is out, what your connection will support, whether your TV can run an app.
- Questions about what the law says. We restate the position with sources and dates. That is information, not legal advice.
- Help interpreting the criteria on how to get IPTV against your own situation.
- Corrections. See below — they are the most valuable messages we receive.
We never need them. An M3U URL contains your username and password in plain text, so do not paste one either — not to us and not into a forum. Describe the problem in words instead.
What we do not answer
| Question | Why not |
|---|---|
| "Which provider should I choose?" | We name none. The criteria are on how to get IPTV |
| "Is service X legal?" | We assess no individual service. How to judge one yourself is on is IPTV legal |
| "Where do I find free channels?" | What exists lawfully is covered on the site. We pass on nothing beyond that |
| Guest posts, link exchanges, partnerships | We publish no sponsored content |
| Support for a service you bought | We have no relationship with any provider. Their support is the right route |
Corrections
Found an error? Send the page address, what is wrong, and ideally a source. We correct it and update the date at the top of the page.
Newer sources for is IPTV legal are especially welcome. It describes a live political matter and relies on figures whose most recent data point is the first quarter of 2025.
